Linha Austenity

The Austenity Line comprises oils for quenching and heat treatment of ferrous metals, produced with refined base oils of high thermal stability, which ensures minimal evaporation loss and longer oil service life.

The high flash point, low sulfur content and full compatibility with heating salts deliver uniform results on quenched materials, reducing the incidence of distorted or cracked parts. The low viscosity reduces drag-out, avoiding excessive top-ups.

The line covers different needs: Austenity C, for conventional quenching; Austenity R, for accelerated quenching of alloys used in the automotive and aerospace industries; and Austenity ML, for light alloys and sensitive metals, with washability after treatment. Austenity C has a viscosity of 30 cSt at 40°C.
