3. AI-powered search
Our website offers an AI-assisted search that helps you find products, applications, and technical content. To improve this search over time, we collect the terms searched and the questions asked of the assistant.
These records are treated as interest data. We register what is being searched, not who is searching. We do not associate queries with name, email, phone, or any other direct personal identifier, except when you voluntarily identify yourself in a form or chat.
The goal is to understand which products and applications raise the most questions, which terms customers use, and to adjust our catalog, content, and search relevance. Queries may be stored in aggregate and analyzed by AI models, whether our own or from third parties acting as processors under our instructions.
4. Why we use your data
- Reply to commercial, technical, customer service inquiries, and job applications.
- Send the newsletter when requested, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
- Measure marketing campaign performance via UTM parameters.
- Improve search, navigation, and the relevance of our site content.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and information-security obligations.
5. Legal basis
Processing is carried out based on consent (forms and newsletter), execution of pre-contractual procedures (commercial contact), legitimate interest (campaign measurement, search improvement, and security), and compliance with legal obligations, as set out in art. 7 of the LGPD.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with processors that support our operations (hosting, email, analytics, customer service, and AI providers), always under contract and confidentiality. We may also share data when required by law or competent authority.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and session storage strictly necessary for the website to function, for language preference, and for attributing the origin of the visit (UTMs). You can block cookies in your browser settings, with the understanding that part of the experience may be affected.
8. Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the described purposes and applicable legal periods. Leads are kept while there is an active commercial relationship; newsletter subscribers, until they opt out; browsing data used to improve search, in aggregate form, for up to 24 months.
9. Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may at any time request:
- Confirmation of processing and access to your data.
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
- Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data.
- Data portability.
- Deletion of data processed based on consent.
- Information about sharing and revocation of consent.
To exercise your rights, send an email to [email protected] with your request and a means of contact.
10. Security
We adopt appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of an incident, we will notify data subjects and the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD) when applicable.
