Austenity Temp PO

Austenity Temp PO is a non-flammable quenching fluid, formulated as an aqueous solution of polymers and anticorrosive agents. The organic polymer is fully water-soluble, producing a clear, homogeneous solution.

It is recommended for parts quenched after forging, sensitive alloys, shapes heated by induction and parts processed in continuous or batch furnaces, where high quenching speeds are required. These speeds are normally achieved in oil, but here they come with the safety of a water base.

Its benefits include not forming nitrosamines, providing excellent protection up to the vapor phase, delivering greater uniformity in heat transfer, ensuring operational safety by being non-flammable and contributing to a cleaner working environment.
