The HBN Line by Kelpen Oil is composed of naphthenic mineral base oils, with a cyclic profile that delivers high solvency power, low pour point and excellent compatibility with additives and elastomers. These bases are particularly indicated for applications that depend on dispersion, plasticization or carrying of other components.

Available in HBN 4, 10, 20, 20 AO, 65, 100, 200 and 400, the line serves formulators in segments such as tires and rubber goods (plasticizer), oil-based paints (dispersant and plasticizer), plastics-industry masterbatch (carrier), greases and adhesives. HBN 20 AO incorporates an antioxidant additive for applications demanding extended service life.
