Keen AD

Keen AD is a concentrated additive composed of inactive sulfur and chlorine, developed to boost mineral oils and neat cutting oils.

It is a versatile product: it can be used undiluted in extremely severe machining applications, or diluted in neat oils for standard industrial applications. Because it is based on inactive sulfur, it is compatible with a wider range of metals.

It provides low aging tendency, excellent anti-corrosion protection, good viscosity stability at high temperatures and low residue formation. The product has a viscosity of 43.07 cSt at 40 °C.

Applications

• Boosting neat cutting oils
• Extremely severe machining applications (used undiluted)
• Standard industrial applications (diluted in neat oil)
• Formulation of tailor-made cutting fluids
