Keen Cut EE

Keen Cut EE is a colorless mineral oil with dielectric properties, a high degree of purity, very low toxicity and high oxidation resistance. It is recommended for die-sinking EDM machining operations.

Its viscosity of 3.14 cSt at 40°C is well suited to dissipating the heat generated in the process and to settling the iron fines, keeping the bath clean. It shows a low tendency to form foam and mist, and its lower evaporation loss reduces top-ups.

Because it is transparent, it allows full visibility during the operation, which favors process control and the surface finish of the parts. Its dielectric strength is 24 kV.
