Keen Prot DWS 10 is a temporary anti-corrosive fluid with a waxy film and water-displacing action, formulated with hydrotreated hydrocarbons and effective anti-corrosive bases.

The solvent base provides fast drying after application, a differentiator compared with oily protectives. It is recommended for temporary protection of semi-finished products, or short to medium-term protection of finished products: bars, profiles, sheets, wire coils and stamped parts.

It can be applied by immersion, brush or rollers. Because it is water-displacing, a tank with a drain is recommended for immersing the parts, draining the removed water every 24 hours. Protection of 72 hours in salt spray testing. The product has a flash point of 88°C.
