Bio G 1000 is a fully synthetic cutting fluid, free of boron, chlorine, phenols, cresols, hydrocarbons, nitrites and other environmentally harmful components. It allows excellent visibility in the production process and low foam formation.
Its formulation provides good separation of tramp-oil (contaminant oil) and low aggressiveness to the skin, preventing dermatitis in operators. It is indicated for operations that demand a fine finish, high wheel-cleaning capacity, great heat transfer and excellent anti-corrosion power.
It is especially recommended for machining and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, at concentrations of 5 to 10% in water according to severity. The use of modern biocides makes it bioresistant, extending the service life of the solution.
