About the product
Technical details and applications
Cotton Clean by Kelpen Oil is a water-soluble fluid specifically developed for continuous cleaning of cotton picker spindles during harvest. Its formulation removes fibers, vegetable oils, dust and other residues that naturally accumulate in the harvesting mechanism, keeping the spindles clean and operational throughout the season.
Continuous application via the spray system of the pickers themselves ensures stable operation, reduces stops for manual cleaning, and extends the life of spindles, bearings and other components of the harvesting mechanism. The fluid is compatible with the main cleaning systems used in John Deere and Case IH pickers.
Applications
- John Deere cotton pickers (7760, CP690 series and compatible)
- Case IH cotton pickers
- Continuous spindle cleaning spray systems
- High-productivity harvest operations
Advantages
- Efficient cleaning of spindles during continuous operation.
- Reduces stops for manual harvester cleaning.
- Extends the life of spindles, bearings and components.
- Compatible with the main factory spray systems.
- Water-soluble — simple and adjustable dosing.
